Follow your order

Sign in to view your own orders. We never display order information publicly from an order number alone.

1. Open your order

   Use the account email used at checkout, or the secure link in your order email.

2. Check payment separately

   Review your invoice and payment information. If a payment is pending, do not pay twice—contact BT with your order reference.

3. Check fulfilment

   When available, open the delivery information and courier tracking link on your order. For made-to-order pieces, ask BT about production progress before dispatch.

No account access or tracking reference?

Contact BT with your order reference and purchase email. Do not send card details, passwords or payment secrets.
